It took us just a quick five-minute walk to reach the nearest MRT station, allowing for easy access to the rest of the city. We purchased Easy Cards, which made biking around town a breeze as we discovered various neighborhoods and attractions at our own pace. The room we stayed in was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere after our daily adventures. We particularly appreciated the generous size of the bed, with its plush, comfortable pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The decorations added a charming touch, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the room. One of the standout features of the hotel was the luxurious sauna experience on the 20th floor. This serene space offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, creating a perfect backdrop as we unwound. The saunas included both steam and dry options, complemented by invigorating hot and cold baths. After our challenging hikes in Alishan, this was the ultimate indulgence—what more could one ask for than these wonderful facilities to soothe the body and mind?

The location was convenient to the places I wanted to visit. The check-in and check-out process was done efficiently. The wait staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The room was as shown. it was comfortable, clean and most things were easy to find. I didn’t have breakfast, but I had dinner sent to my room on the last night. The meal was good and worth the price. It’s a beautiful hotel and I especially liked the hallways.

this is my 3rd time staying in Okura Prestige. all the staff are professional friendly and helpful. the room is big clean and each time I go back to my room at the end of the day, it is super clean and it smells so good. thank you to the staff who greeted us each time we went down or came back from a long tour around Taipei. I feel like I am at home. my husband snored every night and this showed how well he slept🤣
